Data Rights
This page explains how to request exercise of applicable rights under the DPDP framework.
The DPDP Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 have a phased commencement schedule. The operator will apply rights and processes from the date the relevant provisions become applicable to the service, while maintaining a practical privacy-request channel during the transition.
Available request types
- Request information about personal data processing, where the applicable provision is in force.
- Request correction, completion, updating, or erasure where applicable.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the processing basis and withdrawal is legally available.
- Raise a grievance about the operator’s handling of personal data.
- Exercise nomination and other rights where applicable.
How to submit
Use the monitored privacy/data-rights contact point published on the Contact page. The operator must publish a verifiable production contact channel before launch.
Verification
We may request reasonable information to verify identity and prevent unauthorised disclosure. Verification information should be used only for handling the request and security.
Exceptions
Requests may be limited where the law permits or requires it, including security, legal, fraud-prevention, evidentiary, or third-party rights considerations.
